Roof Cleaning
Residential roof cleaning has a $375 minimum, and that price includes a gutter clean-out. Larger roofs are generally priced by roof area — approximately $0.23 per sq. ft. — along with material, pitch, access, and condition. Note that roof area is larger than home living area. Unless stated otherwise, house washing and gutter pricing use your home's living area; roof cleaning uses roof area, which is larger than living area; concrete and fence pricing use the measured surface area or linear footage.
