Dan at Del-Flow Powerwashing is so much more than just your typical contractor. He takes the time to educate on why additional services may be necessary and I personally like how his estimates (that are received promptly) allow you to see the breakdown of specific services so if financially you can’t afford all of them at one time, you can budget for them in the future. I have referred him to several people and everyone has had glowing reviews and now use him for regular maintenance. One of the referrals initially went with a different company just because they were at his front door and quoted him a cheaper price, but he ended up calling Dan when the guy couldn’t come through on what he had promised and barely had any water pressure since he didn’t have the kind of equipment necessary for the job. When people say they have a power washer at home and they’ll do it themselves, I encourage them to think of the hours spent and tomorrow’s soreness when Dan has the equipment to get it done in an hour or two. And no job is too big either! He’s done numerous HOAs, commercial properties and storefronts.
